We collect information necessary to operate cross-border legal matching and referral services: (1) Account and identity information, such as name, work email, organization, role, city, and country; (2) Professional or organizational verification information submitted by users or members; (3) Matter information, including jurisdiction, service needs, counterparties, client names where needed for conflict checks, and attachments submitted by the requester; (4) Service workflow information, including matching status, referral basis, willingness confirmation, feedback, and communication records generated inside the platform; (5) Essential usage data and session cookies needed to maintain login state and platform functionality. We do not collect data that is unrelated to the stated service purpose.

We use information to: (1) Verify identity and eligibility; (2) Assess service fit and process Counsel Panel or Senior Referral Route requests; (3) Conduct or support conflict checks, willingness confirmation, referral review, and service delivery; (4) Maintain security, auditability, and platform operations; (5) Communicate service status and necessary notices. Sensitive matter information is disclosed only when necessary for the relevant workflow and subject to applicable access controls.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the requested service, support conflict checks, confirm willingness, deliver referrals, process payments where applicable, comply with law, or protect platform security. Client names and sensitive matter details are disclosed through controlled workflows and only to appropriate recipients for a defined purpose. We may use aggregated or anonymized information for platform analysis and improvement where it cannot reasonably identify an individual or matter.
